This is the fourth order I have placed with Metsuki, which in itself speaks volumes, although the first time I have taken time to give them a review.
My first order was for 2 pair of Paul Smith glasses, complete with prescription lenses and in total they came to less than what a single pair would cost at a ‘High Street’ optometrist. The website was extremely easy to use and whilst one of the pairs of glasses I originally chose were out of stock, I promptly received a call first thing on the Monday morning (order placed Saturday afternoon), explaining the situation and offering an apology and a satisfactory solution.
The glasses arrived within the week, extremely well packaged and I was thoroughly satisfied with them and the overall service received.
Since my first order I have had a number of glasses re-glazed, including sunglasses (all Tom Ford) and again the quality and standard of service was great. I wasn’t particularly au fait with having sunglasses re-glazed and exactly what I would need, however after a quick call to customer services, this was soon explained and cleared up.
I would certainly recommend Metsuki to anyone looking for an online optician and it’s safe to say that the service and quality of product I received after my first order made me come back and they now have a customer for life or until I go completely blind!

Recently ordered 2 pairs of Rayban perscription glasses and I am very happy- not only with the glasses but the service also.
The frames were on back order from Italy and although they did take some time to come into stock (a couple of weeks)I was kept informed at all times. I was given the option initially of cancelling the order or waiting and i chose to wait. Once the frames were in stock they were fitted with my lenses and sent out to me very quickly.
The glasses are great and at such a good price. I am already looking to order some more!

I recently ordered a pair of Raybans from Metsuki. What a great experience.
The pair I ordered were out of stock. I was contacted immediately to be told this and was given the choice of cancelling the order or waiting a few days. I chose to wait a few days. I was contacted several times during this period and informed of my order status at all times. My Raybans arrived after 4 days wait and boy were they worth the wait. Fabulous shopping experience and cannot praise Metsuki enough.
