Metsuki's Price Match Promise

We promise that you are buying your designer glasses and lenses at the best possible price.

Our Price Match Promise is made on the basis of a like-for-like price comparison. We can make a Price Match on the supply of a frame-only or on the supply of completed prescription glasses. We do not Price Match on the price of individual components (frames, lenses, options) which are combined to make complete prescripton glasses.

In the event that you find the total delivered price of your frames or the combined total price of prescription glasses including lenses and other options cheaper at another UK Retail Outlet (Mail Order, Internet or Shop) we Promise to Match the Price Quoted and to give you a voucher for £10 off your next purchase.

If within 7 days of purchase from us you find a lower price then we will refund the difference to you. That is our Promise.

The following conditions apply:

• The price elsewhere, including any hidden costs (e.g. shipping charges), is less then the price advertised on Metsuki,
• A price match can only be made if the lower price elsewhere includes the same or a faster delivery time and the same warranty and guarantee terms,
• A price match cannot be made for items sold on eBay, or for liquidation or closing down sale stock,
• You must provide credible evidence of the lower price elsewhere,
• The lower price elsewhere must not be dependant on purchasing other products or services in a bundle,
• The frames, lenses and options offered elsewhere at the lower price must be the same brand, model, size, colour and have the same lens and options specification.
• A Price Match may not be combined with any other discount coupon, promotional offer or special deal.
