Guarantee and WarrantyManufacturing and Quality ControlAll prescription glasses from Metsuki are made by qualified and experienced technicians based in the UK. Every pair of glasses that we deliver undergoes a rigorous quality control inspection to ensure they have been made exactly to your specification, within British Standard manufacturing tolerances, and are in perfect condition before we pack and dispatch them to you. Guarantee & Product Warranty1. What you order is what you get. We guarantee to deliver to you, free of any defect, your designer glasses which have been prepared exactly to the prescription information which you provide to us and with any additional options which you select. 2. If it breaks we fix it. We guarantee your designer frames and lenses to be free from any defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship for a period of at least One Year from the date of purchase. During this period we will repair or replace the faulty item at our expense. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage by you or damage caused by improper use. 3. If you don't like it then send it back. We guarantee to refund or credit your account if you are dissatisfied with your glasses and return them to us together with their case, cloth, demo lenses and packaging within 28 days. This guarantee does not cover the costs of post and packaging or the cost of optional lenses and tints which you selected and have been customised specifically for you. For more details click here to view our Returns information page. When You Receive Your GlassesWhen you receive your glasses we ask you to inspect them thoroughly for signs of damage or defect. If you find any damage or defect you should let us know by email immediately or in any case within 3 working days of receipt. If you need to return your purchase to us because the goods have not been made correctly to your prescription or because of faulty workmanship or materials we will renew, replace or repair your glasses at our cost and return them to you as quickly as possible. If a replacement frame of the same type is not available we will credit your account with the value of the frame which you may use against a future purchase. At our discretion we may elect instead to provide a full refund in the event that a replacement frame or lenses are not available. |
