Named Contact and Continuity of Care

When you contact Metsuki by phone your call will be answered by Rosslyn, Ewan or Gordon. We don’t have a call centre. Your order will normally be processed and managed from begining to end by the same person to make sure you get continuity of care and to minimise the chances for misunderstandings to occur. In all our communications you will normally have a named person to contact.

Speed of Delivery

Being located in the UK means we can get your glasses delivered to you as quickly as possible. If we receive your order before 15:00 and we have your frame in stock we will normally be able to make and dispatch your glasses next working day. If we don’t have your frame in stock we can obtain most frames from the UK within 1-2 days and from Italy in 5-6 working days. This means a much faster service than the High Street or the Far East.

Service and Backup

When you buy your glasses from Metsuki our service doesn’t stop when we dispatch your order. We are normally able to supply spare parts and carry out repairs to damaged frames. We are also here to process warranty claims should the need arise.

Frame and Lab Standards and Compliance

We guarantee every frame we sell is CE marked to prove that it has been tested and approved for sale in the European Union. We also guarantee that every pair of glasses we prepare in our lab will be manufactured within the BSI and ISO standards for quality and within the manufacturing tolerances and guidelines set out in these standards.

Brand Authenticity

Metsuki absolutely guarantee the authenticity of of every branded frame which we sell. Many of our luxury glasses frames even have individual serial numbers and we can provide you with a manufacturers customer service helpline for you to check your purchase is genuine. We can even help you check that a frame you’ve bought eleswhere is the real thing.
