How to Reglaze your Glasses

1. Select a reglazing option above which suits your glasses frame type
2. Provide us with a short description of the frame eg. brand, colour etc in the comments box at the checkout
3. Choose lenses which meet your needs (need help? call 0845 094 2814)
4. Go to the checkout and provide us with payment authorisation (no money will be debited until we receive your frames and begin to reglaze your glasses with new Essilor lenses).
5. Pack your glasses securely and send them to Reglazing, Metsuki, 19 High Street, Dingwall, IV15 9RU, enclosing a copy of your order summary along with your glasses.

We will advise you when we receive your package and we will begin to reglaze your glasses immediately. We will normally despatch your glasses 2-3 working days after we receive them.

You can benefit from having your Glasses Reglazed if:

You have a new prescription and want to re-use your existing frame
You want old glasses reglazed with your new prescription to keep for spare
You need lenses prepared for a new spectacles frame purchased elsewhere
You want your old glasses made into prescription sunglasses or driving glasses
You’ve purchased “2 for 1” and need one pair of glasses glazed to a different prescription for a friend!
You have a recent prescription but your lenses are scratched or damaged

Reglazing Service – Terms and Conditions By selecting any of our reglazing options you are agreeing to our normal terms and conditions of sale in addition to the conditions set out below:

* Our lab manager will inspect glasses sent for reglazing and we will accept or decline a frame for reglaze based on the outcome of his inspection.
* There is a small risk of damage occurring to your frame during the reglazing process and you agree to accept this risk.
* You agree we will not be liable for any damage and that we will not be held liable to repair or replace your glasses.

If your glasses break during reglazing we will return the frame to you and make no charge for the lenses which we may have prepared or for return post and packing.
