All spectacle lenses should be cleaned with a clean soft cloth and a cleaning fluid such as a [click] available from us.  Our cleaning solutions are made specifically for coated lenses. Avoid using paper tissues to clean your lenses as this can cause damage, especially to plastic lenses.

Always treat your frames with care. It is best to take your spectacles off with two hands, rather than pulling them off with one hand, as this is a common way of damaging the spectacle sides.  When you are not wearing them it is best to keep them in a hard case to protect them from damage. 

If your spectacles are causing you discomfort, the fit has loosened with wear or the screws have loosened, take them to an optician to have them readjusted or secured.  Often a simple alteration to the fit can make a very big difference to your comfort.
