Cancellations

You can cancel your order without any penalty or cost if we receive your cancellation notice BEFORE we begin to cut and prepare your lenses (if required) or BEFORE we dispatch your order.

If you decide to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible as we normally begin to process your order immediately after we receive it within our normal working hours (08:00 – 17:30 Mon to Fri and 08:00 – 13:00 Sat).

You can cancel your order by email (preferred) or by telephone. When we receive your notification we will confirm by email that your order has been cancelled and that no charge has been made against your order.

If we receive your cancellation notice AFTER we begin to process your lenses (if required) or AFTER we have dispatched your order you may incur some charges. For further information please click here to read our Returns section.
