1. What you order is what you get.

We guarantee to deliver to you, free of any defect, your deisgner glasses which have been prepared exactly to the prescription information which you provide to us and with any additional options which you select.

2. If it breaks we fix it.

We guarantee your designer frames and lenses to be free from any defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During this period we will repair or replace the faulty item at our expense. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage by you or damage caused by improper use.

3. If you don't like it then send it back.

We guarantee to refund or credit your account if you are dissatisfied with your glasses and return them to us together with their case, cloth, demo lenses and packaging within 21 working days.
